Shipping & Payment

With your purchase at Sportalm, we assure you that the package will usually arrive within 2-3 business days within Austria and 5-7 days outside Austria. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 10 AM on the next business day (excluding Saturday) at the latest. As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Payment

You can choose your payment options yourself. It just needs to be simple.

Payment by Invoice/Klarna

Order first, then pay. Payment by invoice is an exclusive service for all customers who pass a positive address and credit check during their purchase. Should this check not be positive, you can choose another payment method.

Payment by Credit Card

We accept MasterCard, VISA-Card, and American Express and will charge them at the earliest when your order has been shipped.

Payment via PayPal

If you want to save valuable time during your purchase, use PayPal. After you have checked and submitted your data, the invoice amount will be transferred immediately and in real time to our bank account. The advantage is that your order will be processed immediately.

Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can pay quickly and conveniently using your payment details stored in your Amazon account. In addition, you can use your existing address data to transmit it to us.
