The Farmhouse Museum - Where Tradition Comes Alive
There are places where history is not just told but can be truly felt. The Farmhouse Museum is precisely such a place for us.
A piece of living heritage
Amidst old farmhouses, traditional crafts, and lovingly preserved details, one gains a wonderful insight into the rural life and traditions of our region. The heart of the Hinterobernau Farmhouse Museum is the approximately 470-year-old farm dating back to 1559 – a true piece of Kitzbühel history. It is a place that tells stories and reminds us where many things originated. It is precisely this connection between living tradition, craftsmanship, and nature that we particularly love. Because our passion for Tracht also thrives on this interplay.
Our Tracht Campaign at the Farmhouse Museum
For us, Tracht is much more than just a piece of clothing. It tells a story of origin, craftsmanship, and a way of life deeply connected to our homeland. The Bauernhausmuseum offers the perfect backdrop for this – authentic, natural, and full of history. That’s why we particularly enjoy shooting there. Most recently, we had the opportunity to photograph our new Tracht campaign at the Bauernhausmuseum in spring, capturing precisely this special connection of homeland, tradition, and modern Tracht.
