How can I return an item?
You can return your order to us free of charge within 14
working days. To do so, please use the return label included with your order and drop off your parcel
at a post office or Packstation.
Please also fill out the return slip and include it with the parcel
– this will allow us to quickly assign and process your return.
How long does shipping take?
Within Austria, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days,
outside Austria, it takes approx. 5–7 business days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and shipped no later than
the next business day (for orders placed by 10 AM).
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation
including tracking information via email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are:
Austria: €4.90
International: €6.90
Can I track my order status?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped,
you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to view the current
status at any time.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
If you have ordered an item from our online shop,
you can make a complaint within the warranty period.

- Your order number
- a brief description of the defect
- a photo (if possible)
We will attend to your request as quickly as possible.
What do I do if an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

- which item is affected
- a short description of the problem (pictures are welcome)
We will quickly find a solution for you.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change items.
Address changes or cancellations can still be made – depending on the processing status. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +43 (5356) 64361300 during our service hours.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can conveniently choose
from the following payment methods:
- Purchase on account
(Klarna) - PayPal

How can I place an order?
We use German collection sizes.
On each product page, you will find a size chart for guidance to help you choose.
How do I find my right size?
Yes, an exchange is possible.
Please state your exchange request (including desired size) on the
returns form and enclose it with your return.
Once we have received your return, we will process the exchange –
provided the desired item is still available.
Can I exchange an item?
