Terms and Conditions for the Sportalm GmbH Giveaway:

1. Organizer: The organizer of the giveaway is Sportalm GmbH, Wilhelm Ehrlich Weg 1, 6370 Kitzbühel, Austria.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on July 13, 2026, and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

3. Eligibility: Eligibility is open to all
natural persons aged 18 and older residing in Germany or Austria.
Employees of Sportalm GmbH are
excluded from participating.

4. Participation: Participation is free of charge and not
contingent upon the purchase of goods or services. Each person may
participate in the giveaway only once. Participation is achieved by following the
steps described in the Instagram post (like, follow, comment).

5. Prize: Among all eligible participants,
2 overnight stays at the Schlosshotel in Kitzbühel and a 40% discount on a new Sportalm Dirndl at the store in Kitzbühel will be raffled off. A
cash payment or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The
winner will be selected by random draw after the end of the giveaway
and notified by Sportalm GmbH via Instagram. If the
winner does not respond within 10 days of notification (Instagram DM,
phone, or email), the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be determined.

7. Data Protection: Personal data collected
in the context of the giveaway (e.g., name, email address, clothing size,
date of birth) will be used exclusively for the administration of the giveaway
and subsequently deleted. Further information on data protection can be found in the
privacy policy at www.sportalm.at.

8. Exclusion: Sportalm GmbH reserves the right to
exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of violations of these terms and conditions,
attempts at manipulation, or false information.

9. Liability Disclaimer: Sportalm GmbH assumes no liability
for technical malfunctions that affect participation in the giveaway.

10. Release from Instagram: This giveaway
is in no way associated with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored,
supported, or organized by them in any way. The sole contact person and
responsible party is Sportalm GmbH.

11. Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies.
