GRAPHIC DESIGNER (M/F/D) IN E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL CHANNELS

We are looking for a creative and digital-first Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to shape and evolve our brand presence across all digital touchpoints. The focus is on e-commerce, performance marketing, and digital communication channels such as the web, social media, and newsletters. You will be part of the eComm team and report directly to the Head of eComm. You combine visual storytelling with an understanding of user experience and data-driven optimization.

• Design and further development (including with AI) of visual assets for: Sportalm webshop (homepage, landing pages, product presentations, banners, videos, GIFs, etc.); social media (organic & paid); newsletters & CRM campaigns; paid media (display ads, performance creatives)
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all digital channels
• Development of creative concepts for campaigns and seasonal focal points
• Optimization of designs based on performance data (e.g., A/B tests, CTR, conversion rates)
• Incorporation of UX principles when designing digital interfaces and assets
• Support in the further development of design guidelines and templates

• Completed vocational training or degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in digital design, ideally in the e-commerce sector
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ideally Figma
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user journeys, as well as data-driven design
• A sense for trends in digital design, social media, and e-commerce
• Up to date with design-related AI developments

• Experience with motion design / video (After Effects, Premiere)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify)
• Understanding of tracking, analytics, or performance marketing
