Right of withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Firma Sportalm GmbH, Wilhelm Ehrlich Weg 1, 6370 Kitzbühel, Austria, service@Sportalm.at, Phone: +43 5356 643610) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Is it a match or not? You can take 14 calendar days with your item to find out if it can become a favourite. If you would like your item in a different size or colour, please place a new order. If you do not like the item or it does not fit, you can return it to us free of charge and without complications. The return label you need for this is already included in your order. 


Please note:

- We only accept returns online for items that you have purchased in the official Sportalm Online Shop. 

- If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it or claim it where you purchased it.


Refund:

We will inform you when we have received your return. Only when your return has been processed by us and subjected to a quality control, will we initiate the refund to your chosen payment method. Of course, you can claim defective goods from us within the scope of your statutory warranty claim (within 2 years) if the item was purchased in the official online shop. Otherwise, you must claim the item where you purchased it.
